AIIA Filing Pilot Privacy Policy

Updated October 10, 2026

This notice describes the AIIA Filing Pilot service. It does not cover unrelated services or general browsing of atleybrown.com.

Data the service uses

The service reads the connected Google account’s email address, folder and file metadata, and the contents of its filed capture documents. It uses this information to confirm the account and destination, save captures and verify the saved content. From its configured Notion source, it reads capture text and source metadata and writes a filing receipt back to Notion.

Google Drive permission

The service requests Google Drive permission that can allow viewing, editing, creating and deleting files across the connected Drive. The current application limits its operations to one configured personal account, approved folders and a synthetic test capture. Those application limits do not reduce the Google permission itself.

Storage and processing

Capture documents are stored in the connected Google Drive account. The Notion source retains its content and filing receipt. A local Mac stores filing records, including capture snapshots, file identifiers, content hashes and processing status, so the service can verify results and recover interrupted work.

Authorization credentials are kept in a separate local credential directory outside cloud sync, with access restricted by operating-system file permissions. Google and Notion process the requests sent to their services. The filing service has no advertising, data-sale or AI-training function.

Retention and control

Filed documents and local filing records remain until removed by the account owner; the service does not automatically delete them on a schedule. Google access can be revoked through Google Account connections at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized Google API use, but does not delete existing Drive files, Notion content or local records.
